We, here at Fotobag.no, have always believed that you have a right to your own privacy. We certainly appreciate our own. Therefore, ever since our startup we have never sent spam- or product info to our customers email/phone or whatever device. If you want that kind of info - simply follow us/unfollow us on Facebook.com/fotobag.no - simple.
When you place an order with us, we collect a little info about you:
- name.
- street adress.
- phone number.
- email.
- did you use Klarna or Paypal?
- product.
- how you found us.
We use (and have always used) this is info in 5 ways:
1) to contact you if there is a problem with your order.
2) to ship the order to you.
3) to verify that you have payed for the order.
4) we are really curious as to how you found us.
5) if there is a problem with your product at a later time, we like to know that you have bought the product from us. And if you delete the e-mail receipt you get with your purchase, we have a copy of your order.
Other than this, we don't use the information we receive! We don't have the manpower to (we wish we did).
We don't sell or lend or in any other way share the information we receive. We never have, and we certainly don't dare to now!
When you select Klarna or PayPal as your way to pay, we share some information with them (name, adress, telephone number, email and product. In our agreement with them, we never let them use that information in any way - we never have and never will.
Regarding payments using Klarna, please note Klarna's privacy policy;
"We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice"
